Family Engagement Kit Return Policy

1. Return all pieces. Every item must be placed back into the bag it came in before returning the kit.

2. Return within one week. Kits must be returned after 7 days of receiving them.

3. Handle with care. Kits should come back in good condition, with no excessive damage to any of the contents.

4. Report any damage. If any part of the kit is damaged or missing, please notify us right away upon returning so we can address it.
